While visiting my good friends in northern California, they shared with me a home-made concoction of salt, fresh rosemary and sage, garlic and lemon. I returned to Oregon with my own jar of this amazing seasoning and savored every bit of it. When I ran out, I quickly realized that I couldn't go without it, so my dear friend gave me the recipe. After successfully making my first batch, a seed was planted. I started to get the feeling that other people would also enjoy this seasoning because it simply made everything delicious!
