"Opening a jar of [our] sea salt is like awakening to a dream of a picnic in the Mediterranean countryside. It will make your Italian heritage sing even if you don't have any."

"Finding an ingredient that provides transformation in the way one creates a meal is why we enjoy our time in the kitchen so much. Your Original Blend salt provides these moments every time I use it. Never before having used a “wet” salt, I began experimenting right away. It has found itself creating a flavorful crust on a leg of lamb, its herbs and garlic infusing the roast and the kitchen with a perfume that stays with me still. Earth & Sea Salts and olive oil is now the standard on top of my foccacia, each granule providing a little crunch of flavorful salt. Thank you. Your salt will be a staple in my kitchen as long as I am cooking in it."

Cynthia Kapple, Owner of Midway Farms, Albany, Oregon

"For a quick, easy egg dish, grind up the Greek Blend and sprinkled it on halved hard-boiled eggs. Yummy, Yummy. For a decadent touch on our organic, free-range duck, I use the Thai Chili Blend as a seasoning to bring out the natural flavors of the duck. To finish any meal, you must use the Original Blend for your Margaritas!"

Becky Picton, Corvallis, Oregon

The reason I love Earth and Sea Salts is that I don’t spend a lot of time cooking, so I rarely have fresh garlic and herbs around to spice up the recipes. With these great salt blends, I can add lots of flavor with just one spoonful!

Doug Anders, Eugene, Oregon

"I have yet to find a better (or similar) product line worth adding to my kitchen’s spices. For instance, Earth & Sea Salts Southwest Blend on fried eggs turn an ordinary breakfast into a tasty work of art!"

Sarah Booth, The Naked Crepe, Albany, Oregon

"I love Earth and Sea Salts because they make me look like a good cook even when I don’t have time to try! It’s so simple to add a little bit (and a little bit goes a long way!) to potatoes, eggs, cooked greens, soups, etc. It goes with so many things and brings flavors together wonderfully."

C. Dunn, Portland, Oregon

"I use Earth and Sea Salts to flavor chicken dishes, salads, and fish. One of my favorite uses for the salts comes from a recipe my cousin shared with me. Rip up washed (and dried) kale into bite-sized chunks. Arrange the kale in a single layer on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil and then Earth and Sea salts – favorite blends for this are Thai Chili and Original. Bake in your oven for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until the kale is krispy. Let cool for a moment and enjoy! This is an awesome substitute for potato chips. You get your salty, crunchy fix while eating one of the most nutritious leafy greens out there"
